ArmaTech establishes Norwegian subsidiary and appoints Kristoffer Børke to lead operations

Defensor Group AB ("Defensor") has established ArmaTech Norway as part of its ambition to build a leading, long-term industrial group in Nordic defence. The new subsidiary builds on ArmaTech's long-standing relationships with the Norwegian Armed Forces, the police and other public authorities. Kristoffer Børke has been appointed Sales Director Norway and will lead the Norwegian operations.

ArmaTech has a long history of supplying products and solutions to Norwegian customers across defence, law enforcement and other public authorities. Establishing a Norwegian subsidiary is therefore a natural next step in the continued development of the company's existing operations in Norway.

Kristoffer Børke, whose background includes service in the Norwegian Armed Forces, joins ArmaTech as Sales Director Norway, with responsibility for leading and developing ArmaTech Norway.

The local presence strengthens ArmaTech's ability to work closely with Norwegian customers, develop long-term partnerships and provide local commercial and technical support. The establishment also creates a platform for introducing capabilities and integrated solutions from Defensor's other businesses to the Norwegian market.
